Really have to reconstitute my about.me. It disappeared from their server and no one at about.me can explain why. Gremlins.
Anyway, even though I haven’t had the time to rebuild my page there…
Received an automated email yesterday telling me my about.me page was featured on their ‘Popular’ listing which is seen on users dashboards world-wide.
When I took a look, I was surprised to see my page was at that moment number 1 in the world on about.me!
The tide goes in and out, of course… twelve hours later I was number 20. Then dropped out.
Still. I’m somewhat chuffed.
It isn’t about the numbers – though when I look at the stats and the visits to my blog, they would impress any blogger.
It’s the quality of the people who read my profile and contact me with a view to collaborate. Love it!
